Chatari offers three plans: Essential at $19/month (1,100 credits), Professional at $49/month (2,400 credits), and Premium at $199/month (7,000 credits). Annual billing saves 20% on every plan. Every plan includes phone, text, email, Slack, and the web dashboard, plus the work graph (projects, tasks, subtasks) and per-ask billing ledger. Higher tiers add priority processing, live preview links, advanced models, and API access.
What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are the universal currency for all Chatari tasks. Simple tasks like a quick text reply cost fewer credits, while complex tasks like video generation or multi-page research reports cost more. Your credit balance resets each billing cycle. Usage details for each task type are visible in your dashboard so you can plan accordingly.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher tier. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
What channels does Chatari support?
Every plan includes phone, text, email, Slack, and the web dashboard. No app is required to start, and an iPhone app is available in early access. The same project, task, and ledger continue across every channel and device.
What payment methods do you accept?
