Third-Party Services

- AI Model Providers: We share content with AI service providers as needed to deliver the Service. Each provider's handling of your content is governed by its own terms and privacy practices; we select providers with privacy practices appropriate to the Service we offer.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Your account data and messages are securely stored using cloud storage providers in the United States
- Google Calendar Integration: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to help you manage your schedule via SMS. We only access calendar data when you explicitly authorize it, and we use this data solely to create events, read upcoming appointments, and provide scheduling assistance as requested. You can disconnect this integration at any time from your profile settings.
- Payment Processors: We use industry-leading payment providers who handle your payment information securely. We never store your full credit card details.
- SMS Delivery: Your messages are transmitted through telecommunications carriers who are bound by strict privacy regulations.
- Analytics Services: We use analytics tools to monitor service performance and usage patterns to improve Chatari
Data Retention
We retain message content as long as needed to provide the service, maintain conversation history and memory features, support billing and disputes, enforce safety and abuse rules, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account or personal data, and we will process the request in accordance with applicable law and our retention, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, and legal-compliance obligations.
- Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to support billing, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal-compliance obligations.
- Google Calendar Data: Calendar event data is stored temporarily to provide scheduling assistance. Your Google authorization tokens are encrypted and can be revoked at any time.
- Billing Records: Retained as required by tax and accounting laws
Workspaces and Workspace Administrators
If you access Chatari as part of a workspace, your activity within that workspace may be visible to and managed by your workspace administrator. Workspace administrators may have the ability to view usage, manage members, and access or export workspace activity, depending on configuration.
Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar to Chatari:
- What We Access: Calendar events, event details (title, time, location, description), and attendee information
- How We Use It: To create new events, read upcoming appointments, send reminders, and help you manage your schedule via SMS commands
- Data Storage: Calendar events are cached temporarily to improve response times and provide better scheduling assistance
- Permission Scope: We request access to manage your calendar events (read and write) to provide full scheduling functionality
- Your Control: You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your profile settings, which immediately revokes our access
International Users
Chatari operates globally. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States for processing. We ensure all international data transfers comply with applicable privacy laws.
Children's Privacy
Chatari is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
