1. Service Description

Chatari provides AI-powered assistance via SMS text messaging. By subscribing to our service, you agree to receive SMS messages containing AI-generated responses to your queries. This is a subscription service that requires explicit opt-in consent.

2. Opt-In Consent

By signing up for Chatari and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Chatari. You understand and agree that:

  • You are providing prior express written consent to receive SMS messages
  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
  • You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
  • You will notify us immediately if your mobile number changes

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. Chatari is a user-initiated service where you control when messages are sent by texting our service. You will receive:

  • Responses to your queries when you text our service
  • Occasional service updates (no more than 2 per month)
  • Account notifications (password resets, billing updates)

4. Message and Data Rates

Important Notice

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message and data charges from your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any associated costs.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages from Chatari at any time. To stop receiving messages:

  • Text STOP to our service number
  • You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed
  • Alternatively, contact support@chatari.com to request removal

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Chatari, except for a final confirmation message.

7. Supported Carriers

Chatari SMS service is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers including but not limited to:

  • Sprint
  • U.S. Cellular
  • And other major carriers

Chatari is not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. We will:

  • Never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing
  • Only use your number to provide the Chatari service
  • Protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Maintain secure transmission of all messages

9. Terms and Conditions

By using Chatari's SMS service, you agree to:

  • Our Terms of Service
  • Receive SMS messages as described in these SMS Terms
  • Provide accurate and current mobile number information
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purposes
